Up for auction is a very low mileage 1984 chevrolet cavalier F41 convertible. This car was stored for several years in a barn and has very low actual miles(45,755) I recently bought this car, put a battery in it and it runs decent, however it has very old gas in it so I am sure that new gas and a tuneup would do wonders for it. It is in very good shape for a 30 year old car as you can see in the photos. It has pw, pl, ps, pb, cruise and A/C however the a/c has been disconnected. When you push the switch to put the top down, you can hear the motor running but it does not go down ( I put the top down by hand) I am sure that because of the car sitting in storage that something stuck or is unhooked. It is very easy to lower the top by hand. The top is in good shape with the exception of 1 small patch (see pic) The car is powered by a 4 cyl (I believe 2.0 liter) engine and a automatic tranny. The car starts right up, drives and stops but because it has been in storage and not driven in several years, along with the fact that the tires are very old and cracked, I strongly advise that it be trailered home and then gone through before driving it a long distance. I have lots of pictures to show how solid the body is but please keep in mind that this is a 30 year old car that has been in storage and only recently taken out of the barn.
