Back in my day this was the car you dreamed about driving to high school (class of 1987) A REAL Rallye Red Road Runner with Cragar wheels, a mean rumble and the "Beep Beep" horn was the car to have! This car is not a Barret Jackson mega dollar restoration buy rather a day 2 driver quality car that spins heads wherever it is. It was originally a 318 car that someone was smart enough to yank and put a sweet sounding 340 under the hood. The engine was gone thru and runs great. It has a sweet sounding comp cam, hooker headers, period perfect black wrinkle M/T valve covers (one of the first mods back in the day) edelbrock intake and black edelbrock carb, mallory 9000 distributor. The car is a factory A/C car and the A/C is still all hooked up but it does need a recharge. It runs duals out to the bumper with Flowmaster mufflers. It has a slight stall converter. This is a dry southern car with solid framerails and floors both inside the car and trunk. The interior looks good overall, the rug is new. The drivers seat has a couple of tears that were taped, the rest of the seats are good. The headliner is good and it has the factory am/fm in the dash. The car has a column shifter that needs to be adjusted the needle is off when you shift gears. The body looks good the paint shines great it has new road runner stripes. The bumpers are original and can use a rechrome if you want that look. This car runs, drives and looks good, study the photos and ask any questions. I am listing this car once on Ebay if it does not sell it will go back into storage. I am selling for the space not the money. It has a clear NC title. This is a great driver quality car not a $50,000 restoration. Remember it is a REAL Road Runner most people are asking my price for Satellite clones!
