Up for auction is my 1968 Ford Mustang. Fully Restored Condition. Many, Many new parts and lots of labor went into this car. I have approx. $25,000 invested in the car. All of the major issues, like the transmission,wiring harness, body work, Front disc breaks, engine rebuild, ect. was performed by professional garages/businesses and I did some of the minor things - like the stereo, taillight seals, stainless steel fender bolts ect. To the best of my knowledge everything works great on this car. The car starts right up and shifts, runs and handles like a champ. Some highlights are: a new Borg Warner T-5 transmission, New Front Disc Brakes - the rear have drums. All new wiring - wiring harness ect. Retrogauge Tac. Blue LED instrument Cluster backlights. new Stereo Custom Autosound USA 630-240 watts USB interface for MP3 or iPod- CD control-a CD changer can be added, new Dual Flowmaster Exhaust, New Petronix Distributor, Flame Thrower Ignition Coil, new plugs, Ford Racing Spark plug wires, air filter, new power steering pump, disc brake conv. booster, Many of these parts were purchased directly from Summit Racing or Mustangs Unlimited and professionally installed. Brand New Windshield and Driver's Side door window - new seals and weatherstripping. All of the turn signals, headlights ect works. New premium floor mats. Comes with gold plated keys and original 1968 Owner's Manual. I have all the receipts regarding what has been done to the car. CLEAR TITLE. I believe the rear main seal has a very light seep because there is few drops of oil coming off the bellhousing sometimes. Not a big deal though and very small amount. Trying to be completely honest about everything. I checked the oil from time to time and does not appear to be using oil - the dipstick indicates as much. I did not put very many miles on the car. It had about 11,000 miles on the rebuilt engine when I bought it. There are no weird noises or vibrations of any kind- very solid and rides very well. This car is easy to drive - especially with the upgrades that were performed on it. The car does have power steering. 4 Barrel Holley Carb. Camshaft lift .28. Sounds awesome with the new exhaust system. The battery is strong - purchased within the last 2 years - Duralast Gold. Many new parts that I am not going to list every little part but the photos indicate as much. The car is always stored in a heated building and not left outside to the elements. I live between Canton and Wooster Ohio. Local pick up is preferred or you can bring a flat bed and haul it if you choose not to drive it to your destination.
