This is a custom built one of a kind VW based Street Rod. Registered as a 1971 Karmann Ghia. Chassis was pro built by a local rod shop. Body is furniture grade oak, with an oak veneer hand layed over the plywood to hide the seams. The front end was removed and rebuilt and chromed as shown. I have seen the dyno sheet on this engine, (don't have it any more) as I recall this engine was just shy of 100 HP. The engine was built by Chico Performance will definitely spin those huge rear tires. Interior is custom locally done. Car runs great. The wiring was done by hand, but in my option should have a real harness put in. I have a new street rod harness for the car but have not had time to put it in. But as I said the car runs fine now. WARNING! Do not buy this car unless you want ALOT! of attention. it stops traffic when I drive it, and getting gas takes a half hour, because of people taking pictures. I have taken the car to a city wide car show, and won the Ridez award for the whole show. Car uses GPS for a speedo and is mounted in the center of the steering wheel. 4 wheel disk brakes have been installed. Mufflers are reversed to give it that street rod look. Milage on the car is not known, but is under 500 miles. I have had the car in our local halloween parade for the last 3 years, they call me every year ( don't know why? lol). any questions feel free to ask.
