Up for sale is a Meyer's Manx style Dune Buggy,built around a new Berrien Tube frame,equipped with a 1600cc Type 3 Volkswagen Dualport Motor,has fresh top-end,seem's to run good,has chrome cover's and aluminum valve cover's.Weber progressive 2 barrel carb,exhaust is an unbaffled tee-pee style.Has a 4 speed swingaxle tran's,goes through all foward gear's smoothly,reverse seem's to want to pop out on occasion,might just be the shifter adjustment.Has a Lexan windshied,I'd change to glass for road use,simple job for glass shop.Seat's are plastic racing bucket's with vinyl cover's(new)they adjust front to back on track's,Has new front seat belt's.Frontend is a ball joint unit that seem's tight and steer's good.Newer battery.Has turn signal's,halogen headlight's,39 Ford style taillight's,new gas tank.All the brake's are new or rebuilt.Wheel's are Vintage American Racing 5 spoke's,Tire's are P235R75 15" on rear and P205R70 14" on front all 80% or better.New wiring.Paint is GM Synergy Green Metallic Base Coat Clear Coat,lower sides and interior are done with Kevlar bedliner for easy clean-up.I'm sure there's a lot I missed so ask question's before bidding,I'll reply the best I can.This Buggy is currently set up as a 2 seater but could be converted back to a 4 seater easily,what you see is what you're bidding on.So bid to own,my reserve is set at less than the cost of the part's.This buggy comes with a Bill of Sale because I had to replace the frame with a Berrien unit,receipt included.I can't see this going to waste in my storage building.Buyer is responsible for payment and shipping,I won't take Pay-Pay for this other then $250.00 at close of auction.Vehicle is available for inspection with an appointment till close of auction.There isn't a Title for this Buggy only a bill of sale.
