Up for auction is a very nice and clean 2008 Ford F250 Super Duty. The body and interior is in near pristine condition with VERY few nicks or scratches. I rate the body at a solid 9. The interior is also a solid 9. I took very detailed pictures of the body, door jams. and under doors to show that there is ZERO rust. Tires are Nitto Terra Grappler A/T with more than half tread remaining. Everything works normally including the Air Conditioning.The high miles are from trips from Texas to Illinois several times a year. Now for the bad part. I own and operate a Auto and Diesel repair center in central Illinois that specializes in Power Stroke diesels and this was one of my customers trucks. I have serviced this truck for some time now, over a year ago it started using coolant, so I installed new head gaskets, ARP head studs, Cylinder heads were checked and resurfaced, valve job and installed new high pressure and low pressure fuel pumps. The DPF AND EGR were both deleted and a Spartan tuner was installed before this work was done. That was over 20k miles ago and now it has developed a mild noise in the engine after it is warmed up (most likely a lifter). The customer decided not to repair the vehicle so I purchased it with the plans of repairing it and keeping. I now have decided to sell it because I have had no time to repair due to the shop being so busy. It has sat here for 2 months and I have not touched it. The truck starts, idles. runs perfect, has oil pressure with no misfires. The transmission shifts perfectly and the 4x4 works flawlessly.
