My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each of my vehicles before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1987 Lincoln Town Car Signature. The Lincloln Town Car was the premier domestic luxury sedan from its inception until it was finally retired in 2012. When I went through this Town Car, I found the original $27,000+ window sticker...which was quite a bit of money back in the 80's. I would rate the exterior of this Lincoln to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking Town Car. It is finished in white with a matching white landeau top and appears to be all original. The finish shines nicely and appears to have been well kept over the years. The top shows very well, with just minor curling showing at the back. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. There is minor peppering visible on the paint around the nose, which is expected at this age. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The chrome exterior trim shows very well. The factory wheel covers also show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Lincoln is. I would also rate the interior of this Town Car to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. Pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this Lincoln. The door panels are clean and tight, with minor wear showing on the arm rest of the drivers door. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. The red velour seats also show well and are very comfortable. All of the electronics appear to be in good working condition, including the digital instrument cluster. The LR window will need a new regulator (the motor runs but the window doesn't work). The stereo system is the original Premium Sound which powers up and sounds good. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater keeps the interior warm on cool evenings. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. In addition to two sets of keys and the original window sticker, there is a full set of books and manuals in the glove box that will go with the car. Mechanically, this Town Car appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 5.0L V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels nice and tight. The steering and brakes feel good. The engine makes good power and feels strong. There have been no idiot lights on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly through all the gears. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. This Town Car has a current PA safety inspection good through the end of February, 2015. I've personally driven this car upwards of 300 miles (I took it home July 4th weekend) with no problems. If you're looking for a clean older Town Car with low miles, this one deserves your consideration. This Lincoln appears to have been garage kept and loved all her life. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each of my vehicles before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1987 Lincoln Town Car Signature. The Lincloln Town Car was the premier domestic luxury sedan from its inception until it was finally retired in 2012. When I went through this Town Car, I found the original $27,000+ window sticker...which was quite a bit of money back in the 80's. I would rate the exterior of this Lincoln to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking Town Car. It is finished in white with a matching white landeau top and appears to be all original. The finish shines nicely and appears to have been well kept over the years. The top shows very well, with just minor curling showing at the back. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. There is minor peppering visible on the paint around the nose, which is expected at this age. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The chrome exterior trim shows very well. The factory wheel covers also show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Lincoln is.
I would also rate the interior of this Town Car to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. Pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this Lincoln. The door panels are clean and tight, with minor wear showing on the arm rest of the drivers door. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. The red velour seats also show well and are very comfortable. All of the electronics appear to be in good working condition, including the digital instrument cluster. The LR window will need a new regulator (the motor runs but the window doesn't work). The stereo system is the original Premium Sound which powers up and sounds good. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater keeps the interior warm on cool evenings. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. In addition to two sets of keys and the original window sticker, there is a full set of books and manuals in the glove box that will go with the car.
Mechanically, this Town Car appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 5.0L V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels nice and tight. The steering and brakes feel good. The engine makes good power and feels strong. There have been no idiot lights on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly through all the gears. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. This Town Car has a current PA safety inspection good through the end of February, 2015. I've personally driven this car upwards of 300 miles (I took it home July 4th weekend) with no problems. If you're looking for a clean older Town Car with low miles, this one deserves your consideration. This Lincoln appears to have been garage kept and loved all her life. Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.

There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any sort of warranty.
