Car is a 1974 Porsche 911 Just installed a New Permatune ($800)Replaced front wheel barringsK&N air filter ($80)New points and rotor cap Short throw shift and all new bushings ($240)Put Pelican Parts recommended transmission fluid in it at $60 a gallon. Motor rebuilt and major servicing in 2002 & 2004 with prior owner. Have all receipts. Pop off valve Chain TensionerHead studs fixed Turbo Valve Coversupdated fan blades Stainless steel heat exchanges Body and interior improved at that time.Rust removed from door sills New paint New glass and interior (I think) Car runs great and shifts great and is great. I love the car to be honest. I have a company car and am changing careers and will be losing the company car. I also have an infant with mounting medical bills, so its time to sell. The car is in Hyannis on Cape Cod. Pick it up or drive it away. I drove it down from Bangor Maine and bring it to Rhode Island for the last two years. The car has been down here for a couple months and I need to either sell it or drive it back to Maine. READ ME FIRSTI am not a hardcore Porsche guy, this is my first Porsche. I am not a subject matter expert. I love the car and will get another. No Fuchs I am sorry Everything works to the best of my knowledge. The lights work and everything I use on a daily basis worksIt leaks oil. Very little, but it does. It's a porsche.. I think it could use a once over on a lift and it would likely fix the problem. I'm at work down on the Cape. Once I get to Maine on my personal computer I can upload photos. I do not have a Title: Maine does not require me to have a title to sell or own car. I have the registration I will sign over and provide you with a bill of sales. I can apply for a title for $40 and it will arrive when the State gets around it. If requested from the high bidder/ owner I will obtain for you. I work too much. The car is here on Cape. Dear Ronald, Maine does not title vehicles, model year 1994 and older, because they are statutorily exempt. Other states are familiar with Maine law. You should provide the buyer with a bill of sale and a copy of the most recent registration in your name. Any other ownership documents will help if you are selling to someone out of state. Other states usually require the same documentation. The Bill of Sale must contain the signatures of both buyer and seller as well as their address, date of sale, current mileage, and the vehicle information (year, make, model, body type, & VIN). On the back of a Maine registration, there is a section for transferring from seller to buyer which must agree with the bill of sale. Please feel free to contact us if you need further assistance.
