Up for sale is a 1971 Ford Mustang Convertible. This car is a driver quality car and is not perfect but is a pretty clean car. It has been used as a parade car for the last few years. The car has a gt 350 tribute/mach1 paint job and a power top. It is not a mach1 as they did not make convertible mach 1's The top is in very good condition and goes up and down with no problems. I do not have a Marti report but I have included a picture of the vin and door tag. The engine is the orginal Cleveland engine that has been rebuilt a few years ago. It starts up as well as a injected car and runs perfect. There is also a electric fan added to help keep it cool. The trans I do not know the history but it works fine and is a c6 U code. The aluminum headers cherry bomb mufflers and piping were installed last year. The tires are in excellent condition with craiger ss rims. The interior seats are in really good condition. The dash shows some age that is normal for a car of it's age. All gauges work and so does the heat. The radio does not work (just in the dash to fill the hole) but it comes with a amp and a kicker in the back. The floor pans have been replaced and the body does show some bodywork has been done. The car was originally red. The paint is a 10 footer but looks ok. The car can be seen and is located in Liverpool NY.
