Here is a Sharp, well running first year of production 1970 Monte Carlo. During the time I have owned the car it has been awesome!! This Monte is driven daily and is equipped as such. In Dec of 2013 the engine was swapped for another 350 ci. that was bored .30 over and has a 292 comp cam, Edelbrock intake and carb, chrome headers and valve covers, new 35k HEI distributor, and tune up. The front and rear seats have been re upholstered as well as the headliner. New rear coils,tires, and other odd and ends. The Monte was restored in the late 90's and sat in a barn until 2011. There is the typical rust beneath the rear window under the vinyl top. that car also could use a larger stall torque converter. Other than that she runs and drives great, turns heads, and get thumbs up everywhere I drive her.
