A 1968 GTO, rare find, on actual 242 car. I am 70 yrs. old and have done body and engine work for 40 yrs. on & off. I feel this is a project that a semi-skilled person could undertake without sending the car out for major body work. Because of limited space and my desire to list all the problems, I will just make a list, and ask that you call for any info. you need. The car is to be picked up in Martin, GA. Optional A/C, tilt wheel, cruise control, PS, PB, power antenna, factory rear speakers, auto. trans..10 bolt rear end, casting #9792977, motor 400 CI, with YS code. Motor will start & run, no knocks; Holds water, A/C and Cruise complete. Almost all interior & exterior trim is there. Georgia does not title vehicles before 1985, so ownership is transferred by Bill of Sale. I understand GA DMV will work with title states to secure title. I believe this is one owner. Glass in good cond. except: windshield cracked, Left driver vent glass & frame missing, regulators there, small rust holes at bottom corners of rear window, 2, 3" spots in rt. front floor pan, small spot left corner trunk, 3 sm. spots will need lower front fender patch panels. All rust areas can be patched, you will not need new panels. One wheel trim ring is missing. needs front valence panel. Windshield upper switch, battery, left vent glass , frame, have regulator, console shifter assembly. This car is in good for being almost 50 years old. See photos for VIN, odometer and data plate.
