Up for sale is my personally owned LT1 with T-Top. I bought the vehicle approximately 4 years ago for fun and traveled out of state and across Texas many times with no problems. Unfortunately, my wife's health prevents us from doing much joyriding so I am selling this car. I am not trying to get rich or to take advantage of anyone, so my statements are true and honest to the best of my knowledge. If you wish to have the car inspected by an independent, before the end of the auction, please feel free to do so. Here are the specifics:The car is in very good condition, particularly since the car is 22 years old. The paint is the original with no dings or dents. It's been stored in a garage for as long as I have had it, and considering the look of the paint, by the previous owners as well. Tires are all matching BF Goodrich and are in good shape. On nice days you can remove the T top (wrench and instructions provided by the manufacturer) and take an open air drive.The engine is a 350 cubic engine with 325 horsepower and a 6 forward speed manual transmission. Car runs so good, if you are not paying attention, you will be going way over the speed limit. Maybe best to use the cruise control? Shifting is smooth. Brakes are good and stop on a dime. For this car to run smoothly, you do need to use premium gasoline. The oil and oil filter were recently replaced as well as the radiator thermostat and hoses. The entire car was checked over by a mechanic at this time, but if you have any questions, or wish to inspect yourself, please let me know.The interior is tan and black. The two bucket seats are tan leather. There are no holes in the leather, but there is a small worn spot on the driver's seat where you slide in. ( See photo) We are nonsmokers and to my knowledge the previous owners weren't either..there is none of that smoky smell when you ride in it. Windows, doors and seats are all powered and work well. The carpet is not stained and has the matching Corvette mats. Boise CD player works as far as I know.
