For starters it has been converted to right-hand drive. It has power disc brakes, a complete custom suspension consisting of four coil springs, rear leaf springs, shocks, etc and a fully welded subframe. The electrical wiring is completely new with new 14g wire, fuse panels, lighted switches, wire wrap and everything is fully grounded. There is a dual 2.5" exhaust with two full-length glasspacks. The real beast here is the engine. The block was cleaned, honed and magnafluxed then bored 0.30 over. Then new pistons and rings were put in place. The heads were shaved and all rods, valves, bearings and seals were replaced. An edelbrock aluminum performer intake was put on with all new components (water pump, distributor, carb, hoses, wires, plugs, etc, etc, etc). The transmission is a 700r4 4-speed automatic (with overdrive) completely rebuilt with the stock rebuild kit. This is a cool looking car with mean sound that is lots of fun! Please note this is is a ratrod and it was designed to look like one. There are intentionally left holes in the body and no front roof. There is a windshield though I don't use it. This is not a show car and cannot be expected to look like one. It is a monster ratrod that is a ton of fun! This car comes with a clean 1929 Buick 217 title! Please note that I am happy to answer any questions you might have. Simply send me an email and I will get back to you, usually within 12 hours. Video's For added tranparency I wanted to include a few video's taken just before putting my Hotrod up for sale. This way you can see for yourself the condition and function of this wonderful vehicle. Price, Terms and Conditions With regard to this sale and pricing I will be very straight forward. This vehicle is one of a kind and has about $5000 in parts rights alone. I'm not looking to lose money but will entertain reasonable offers. If someone is interested I will sell the car as a rolling chasis (no engine or transmission) for $2500 with the clear title.
