This is a very original, super clean 1967 Camaro with a factory Rally Sport package. Hideway headlights work (motors are newly replaced)!!! It spent most of it's life in Texas with the original owner, and then willed to his children. I purchased the car in 2009 and have excellent documentation, including the original dealer paperwork, manual and PROTECT-O-PLATE. The original engine has been rebuilt to factory specs approx. 6,000 miles ago. It runs perfect. It starts easily under any temperature conditions. It has the original 2 speed powerglide transmission and shifts flawlessly. Aside from #s matching engine and transmission, the original factory air conditioning components are all present and working! Very RUST-FREE Texas car. All the metal on the car has said to be original by 2 restoration shops. The wheels, tires, brakes, fuel lines, fuel tank and shocks, are like new and correct replacement for original. All of the glass is original except the windshield, and in nice overall condition (with some scratching pictured). The doors are original and close nice and tight. The windows all crank well. The vent windows open nicely. The gauges, interior lights, wipers are work well. The bezels are in fantastic shape. The cigarette lighter port works well to charge your phone! The dash and console are in great shape. The back seat is completely original and in phenomenal shape. Front seats are original frames recovered and look like new. The rear panels and door panels are in great condition with some minor wear (drivers side-pictured). The carpet and head liner have been replaced with correct NOS or reproduction (previous owner) and appear new. The glove box and dash ashtray are like new. Console and rear ash trays are original and in nice condition. The vinyl top is like new and the trim chrome in nice shape. There are minor dings to outer doors as expected and paint overall is of driver quality. It looks like a show car from 10-20' feet range. Has had one repaint in 1989 I believe, and I've tried to picture the flaws. No major dents. One tiny spidered pinch point on hood (pictured). Emblem on trunk not removed during paint job and you can see outline (pictured). Trunk as a whole has been touched up a fair amount. Could repaint whole lid inexpensively to solve. Rear right quarter panel has scratch and couple small bubbles (pictured). Mirrors when painted must have not been correct and can see lines now that correct mirrors are on. The car is extremely clean underneath. No issues or leaks, with exception of slight power steering drip (power steering works great). The trunk is in like new condition with a houndstooth mat (pictured) . Link to picasa gallery June 1, 2014 67 RS This is the one! Unless you have $40,000 for a frame off restoration :) It is a perfect driver that will wow at local shows. A fresh paint job would take this to the next level, but wows even inside 20'. NADA value with RS and Factory air in driver condition is $30,740. This is a high end driver. Reserve is a fraction of this.
