I am a Pennsylvania used vehicle dealer and I work differently than most dealers. I offer all my vehicles for sale on eBay. These vehicles are mostly trade-ins from local new car dealerships and other dealers in the area. I buy and sell these vehicles "as-traded". They have not been serviced (unless otherwise specified), detailed, or fixed up for retail sale. I drive every one of my sale vehicles and write a thorough description including the good and bad of the vehicle. I try to accurately describe any mechanical issues to the best of my ability, but I am not a mechanic. Please understand that these are used vehicles. They are not perfect. They have the wear and tear associated with age and mileage. Please read the full description including Terms & Conditions and Fees. I want you to know exactly what you are buying so you can bid with confidence. Up for auction with NO RESERVE is a 1998 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. This Crown Vic has the Street Appearance package which gives it the chrome trim and nicer exterior while still retaining all the heavy duty mechanical upgrades of the P71 Police Interceptor package. It was personally owned by a local constable since 2001 and was just traded in at a local Ford dealership. He clearly did not heavily use it; it has only seen 57k miles in 14 years. The title is clean, it has not been branded “previous police use”. There are no lights or sirens that would make this vehicle unacceptable for civilian personal use. The paint is a silvery color with a hint of tan and has a lot of metallic sparkle. As you can see in the pictures, it has a few blemishes, but overall looks very nice. Certainly nicer than fleet white! The car does not have any spotlight or roof holes. The police package wheels and center caps look good. The interior has the standard police package trim. It has the vinyl floors, heavy cloth front seats, and easy-clean vinyl rear seat. This car has a full divider/cage with sliding window installed. The divider is a quality aftermarket installation and could be removed with a bit of work. The power windows, locks, and mirrors all work. The rear interior window and door controls have been disabled. (They can be reactivated with some simple parts.) Like all police package cars, the A/C is very strong and cold. This car gets down the road quite well. These cars were designed to take a lot and run forever. The police package adds extra coolers for oil and transmission, heavy duty suspension components, and stronger brakes. The 4.6L V8 engine in this car fires up easily and makes a ton of power. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly. The steering is straight and smooth. The suspension soaks up bumps and corners well. The brakes stop strong. There are no check engine lights. The dual exhaust sounds good and does not have any leaks. This car has a PA annual safety and emissions inspection good through the end of July, 2014. These vehicles are mostly trade-ins from local new car dealerships and other dealers in the area. I buy and sell these vehicles "as-traded". They have not been serviced (unless otherwise specified), detailed, or fixed up for retail sale. I drive every one of my sale vehicles and write a thorough description including the good and bad of the vehicle. I try to accurately describe any mechanical issues to the best of my ability, but I am not a mechanic. Please understand that these are used vehicles. They are not perfect. They have the wear and tear associated with age and mileage.

Up for auction with NO RESERVE is a 1998 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. This Crown Vic has the Street Appearance package which gives it the chrome trim and nicer exterior while still retaining all the heavy duty mechanical upgrades of the P71 Police Interceptor package. It was personally owned by a local constable since 2001 and was just traded in at a local Ford dealership. He clearly did not heavily use it; it has only seen 57k miles in 14 years. The title is clean, it has not been branded “previous police use”. There are no lights or sirens that would make this vehicle unacceptable for civilian personal use.
The paint is a silvery color with a hint of tan and has a lot of metallic sparkle. As you can see in the pictures, it has a few blemishes, but overall looks very nice. Certainly nicer than fleet white! The car does not have any spotlight or roof holes. The police package wheels and center caps look good.
The interior has the standard police package trim. It has the vinyl floors, heavy cloth front seats, and easy-clean vinyl rear seat. This car has a full divider/cage with sliding window installed. The divider is a quality aftermarket installation and could be removed with a bit of work. The power windows, locks, and mirrors all work. The rear interior window and door controls have been disabled. (They can be reactivated with some simple parts.) Like all police package cars, the A/C is very strong and cold.
This car gets down the road quite well. These cars were designed to take a lot and run forever. The police package adds extra coolers for oil and transmission, heavy duty suspension components, and stronger brakes. The 4.6L V8 engine in this car fires up easily and makes a ton of power. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly. The steering is straight and smooth. The suspension soaks up bumps and corners well. The brakes stop strong. There are no check engine lights. The dual exhaust sounds good and does not have any leaks.
This car has a PA annual safety and emissions inspection good through the end of July, 2014.

Winning Bidders:

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.
