This auction is for a 1954 Ford Customline in great condition for it's age. Actual miles on the car are 59536 and the additional miles put on after the speedometer housing was installed of 362 miles makes the entire miles of 59898. Some of the restoration was done a few years ago, but has held up nice for a car this old. I can say that this car can be driven anywhere with no problems. There are a few small scratches and tiny chips that I have touched up with the proper paint code, but it still looks pretty good. The interior looks like it was just done and the I don't believe that the ash tray was ever used. This is always garaged with air conditioning and heat. The car has Coker tires and also the spare with the original wheel covers. It was converted to 12 volt with a new wiring harness and all the gauges work as they should even the gas gauge works. I had my mechanic just install a new clutch and pressure plate for the vehicle. The parts he took out were the original from the factory. The chrome is perfect all around the car. I have not seen any significant rust on the car at all. Even the quarters and the trunk look fine. This is a 3 on the tree straight drive car with the original engine. Checks have to clear for a couple of days before the car can leave. If you are out of town, you can Fed Ex a check and when it clears, you can pick up the car or make arrangements for a company to get it for you. The only reason I'm selling the car is I've got a 57 Chevy also and I've run out of room. I forgot to mention that is has a newer radio installed.
