It's a solid relatively rust free Northern California truck. The body is darn straight with only minimal damage. It is in mostly original condition throughout. We have not attempted to clean or detail the truck as we thought we would leave it up to the new owner how far to go. The chrome grille and bumper should clean nicely with steel wool if desired. The previous owner stated the engine did run, however it made a knocking noise. The extra engine/trans on the bed is included in the auction. It was out of a running truck, but it's been sitting a long time. We make no warranties as to either engine's running condition. The Serial number decodes as: F= 1947-1950, C= Conventional cab, 25= 1ton 250 Series, 3= 137" Wheelbase. The year model as 1948 is approximate. I didn't research the serial sequence to determine the year. This would be a wonderful truck to restore to original or rustomod with a modern drivetrain. The patina on this truck is only something that time & mother nature can provide. It is missing a few items as you can see in the pictures. What is pictured is what you get. There is NO TITLE.
