1971 Datsun 240z in good condition. New carpet, fuel pump and racing filter, front calipers, rubber brake lines, shifter boot, shifter bushings, spark plugs, points, rotor, oil and filter, new rubber on side marker lights, door seals, windshield, rear hatch under hood and have the rubber for the quarter windows but did not replace. Car has an E-31 head, header, SU Carburetors rebuilt and retro flares, real Western wheels, the car runs very good. I have the original spare, front bumper (not installed) and things like the original manual. Now for the bad, I lost interest in the car because I had the car painted by a guy that used his dad's references for his paint jobs (same name) and he did not know what he was doing and then I screwed the rest up. It has a couple of scratches and the doors don't match exactly and the hood is light on clear coat on the bottom. The car had such great potential and is beautiful overall but is just a driver type paint job. I have what is left of a quart of paint with the paint codes and someone who knows what they are doing should be able to fix. Fuel gauge and wipers not working and missing one wheel cap. The tires have great tread but are old and dry rotten. Front drivers seat also has a tear and so does the original dash. The car had some rust in the drivers and passengers floor pans, battery box and a little in the rear tire area. The rust was addressed by welding metal in the areas and then adding fiberglass. Everything is solid now and I would not hesitate to drive this car. I have done my best to accurately describe the car. Please do not bid if you are not serious and shipping is the buyers responsibility but I will help load on my end.
