For Sale 1981 GL1100S, has dealer installed Vetter Fairing Vetter Cyclesound, and Hondaline removable luggage. New removable trunk. Sliding backrest. 62k miles, runs and rides great. some slide marks on the bags from 2 deer accidents. Vetter cycle sound, speakers and possibly radio will be replaced, as the tunes have ceased to function. This has 1982 carbs with the upgraded idle jets, cleaned and rebuilt with new kits 3 yrs ago. This was an every day driver until we picked up a similar model, and rode it last year. The new front tire will be installed Tuesday, rear is in good shape, and fairly new. I would ride this bike anywhere. It is operating at 100 percent of rated power, 185 psi per all 4 cylinders 3 yrs ago. Does not smoke. Average 40 mpg in smooth comfort. Seriously the most reliable motorcycle ever built, Goldwing is the standard in all touring motorcycles. These pictures show the bike as it came out of the garage from setting all winter, it will be polished with a new front tire Tuesday and new pictures.
