1955 Packard Super Panama Clipper, 2 door hardtop V 8 engine with three speed stick transmission on the tree. 83,065 mile but not correct as speedometer stopped last summer but probally driven a couple hundred miles since. Has 6 volt system with a 8 volt battery. new fuel pump last summer. need muffler, matching hub caps in great shape. undercoated at one time , no tears in interior, good headliner, no rust, carpet floor covering. Brakes good stop good. doors shut solid and even without slamming. chrome all good 2 tone green paint. Drove up until late last fall then put away and needs carb foot feet spring to carbartor. Regular roll up windows all gages work Car was built in West Detriot and sold at a price of $2776.00 new weight 3825 lbs and number built were only 7,016 . I have owned this car about 3 years and enjoyed driving and get lots of thumbs up and people wanting to look over the car. The 1955 Packard had a completely updated and modernized body for 1955, the suspension was totally new, with torsion bars front and rear, along with an electric load leaveler control that keep the car level regradless of load or road conditions.
