1979 Hurst H/O Oldsmobile—mint-rust-free Low miles: 1 owner until 2013 Texas car 350 V-8 Automatic A/C Power Steering Power Brakes This Hurst Olds is in MINT condition. Always garaged by original owner in Texas. I purchased it about 18 months ago and obviously have garaged it also. I purchased it from the original owner; he gave me all his receipts and original sale documents going back to the day of purchase: 10/25/1979. Everything is original (except air cleaner and radio, the original is in the trunk). Everything works properly and it drives like new. As you probably know, there were only 1500 of these white beauties built. This is probably one of the most original, lowest mileage examples available. The dry Texas sun kept the body in mint, rust-free condition, but unfortunately, it caused the carpet to dry out and the dash pad to crack. I have the original window sticker, owner’s manual, warranty book, sales contract, temporary plate, salesman’s business card, even the selling dealer’s key tag, in addition to all maintenance records going back to date of purchase. The original owner maintained his beloved H/O Olds meticulously to a very high standard and it shows in the car’s condition. You could drive this rare car across the country right now.
