Vehicle Detail

1991 Mustang GT convertible - Titainium Frost with white leather interior - 5 speed manual shift. My wife and I were looking for a house in September 2009 and we saw this card for sale near a house we looked at and purchased it with intentions of driving it for a bit and fixing it up. After a few months of driving it I put it in the garage of a house we rented and began to work on it, a short time later we bought a house and I drove it without the top fabric to the new house and put it in the garage where I removed the rear seat, rear interior panels to access the rear quarter window guides, I ordered new guides and received them but did not install them yet as I proceeded to remove the trunk lid to take care of the rusty drain trough (the U-shaped body part that runs from both sides and in front of the trunk lid that the convertible top bolts to). My wife and I started to remodel the house so it sat because we did and still are doing most of the work ourselves. So the car sat as an unfinished project and we happened upon a great deal for another car that didn't need any work. We moved the mustang out in the drive and covered it with a tarp still intending to get to it and we even got a manual from Monster Motorsports that detailed removing the running gear and transplanting it into an older Mazda Miata...meanwhile it sits and I've sorta lost interest in it, sorta not...I guess it's time to get rid of it, I have all the parts including the new window guides for the rear quarter windows, it hasn't been started now for around two and a half years, the last time I started it I had to jump it because the battery went bad and it started but ran rough and the battery jumper cables were getting warm (maybe the starter is drawing too much current?). Whomever buys the car will have to pick it up, bring a trailer because it isn't road worthy at this point. Accepting PayPal only to avoid any problems, please don't ask for any other payment options. I'm starting the bidding at $500.00 NO RESERVE, I will not end the bidding early. Make no mistake this is a project...but I think it's a good one. Car sold as is, no warranty, buyer responsible for pick up.
