NO RESERVE!!! 2013 Tao Tao Evo 150cc scooter with 313 kilometers on it = 200 miles. Requires motorcycle licence. Bought it last year and took 6 months to get title from Penn dot. Have clean title and brand new state inspection. I can get 50 to 55 mph and I weigh 250. Fun to ride. supposed to get 80 mpg. Im selling it because I bought a motorcycle.The electric start isn't working . The kick works and its runs great. You must have valid motorcycle insurance, and motorcycle license or permit to drive in PA.
