We also do NOT guarantee these vehicles will pass inspection unless the general maintenance is completed. What we DO guarantee is that our vehicles will be as accurately described as possible. Fee and Tax Information: A $295.00 processing fee will be added to the final price. This fee is non-negotiable and will cover your Transit Tags. This fee also includes a pickup from the local Airport, Bus station, and Train station (if there is a need). PA residents are subject to this fee but must cover all taxes and notary fees at the time of purchase. Car dealers are also subject to this fee regardless if you receive Transit Tags or use your own dealer tag. The fees listed below will ONLY apply in the event that the customer does not finalize the transaction in a timely fashion or fails to maintain communication with us. We always waive these fees as long as we can communicate with you. A $150.00 LATE FEE will be added to the final price if the full payment is not made within 3 days of the auctions end. A $10.00 PER DAY STORAGE FEE will be added to the final price if the vehicle is left on our lot over 7 days from the auctions end. Chrysler’s 3.5L, V6, Engines are amazing! They truly run like champs and sound great! This Pacifica’s engine starts right up with no hesitation and runs great!

The Automatic transmission shifts smoothly between gears with a slight kick in 3rd gear! The AWD (All Wheel Drive) system works just as it should!

The exterior is in good condition! The paint shines like new and looks amazing! If you take a look at the pictures you will notice that the front and rear bumpers have some wear and tear on them.

The vehicle is also missing the Navigation DVD. We have not tested the navigation and have no idea if it works. The display is fully functional and requests a DVD Disc be inserted.

The A/C and Heat both work great! The controller module works just as it should and switches between floor, vent, window etc. The display however does not work.

Due to the “NO RESERVE” style auction this vehicle will need to sell for $5,495.00 or more to receive a 6-month - 7,500 Mile Powertrain Warranty Provided by C.A.R.S. Protection Plus.

A $750.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction.

This is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. By backing out of the deal, you willingly forfeit the deposit.

The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.

Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.

Also, when purchasing a used vehicle please note we do NOT service, change, or replace general wear and tear items unless noted in the auction. Here are some examples of such issues:

Fee and Tax Information:

A $295.00 processing fee will be added to the final price.

This fee is non-negotiable and will cover your Transit Tags.

This fee also includes a pickup from the local Airport, Bus station, and Train station (if there is a need).

PA residents are subject to this fee but must cover all taxes and notary fees at the time of purchase.

Car dealers are also subject to this fee regardless if you receive Transit Tags or use your own dealer tag.

The fees listed below will ONLY apply in the event that the customer does not finalize the transaction in a timely fashion or fails to maintain communication with us.

We always waive these fees as long as we can communicate with you.

A $150.00 LATE FEE will be added to the final price if the full payment is not made within 3 days of the auctions end.

A $10.00 PER DAY STORAGE FEE will be added to the final price if the vehicle is left on our lot over 7 days from the auctions end. Please contact me if you need more than a week to pick up your vehicle prior to bidding!

Due to the fact that Paypal charges a roughly 3% surcharge for every transaction, I will ONLY accept a deposit via Paypal. The remaining balance can be made by: Cash on delivery (CoD), Certified Bank Check, or a Wire Transfer. Paypal is NOT acceptable to pay the entire balance.
