Frame is 100% original and perfect...never touched! The rarest of the rare with the largest engine available with factory air conditioning, tilt wheel, power steering and how about all this in a convertible! 1970 was the lowest production of cars from 1963 to date because of the strike and being the last of the 'HIGH' horsepower cars with factory a/c and it is a 4 speed! This makes this one of the most rare, true sort after collectible corvettes! It is estimated that 300 of these convertibles were built with a big block, 4 speed and factory A/C! So, how many are left, how many have tilt wheel and how many were Bridgehampton blue??? The interior is 90% original with only the front carpet being replaced and it is in incredible condition! The top is in very, very nice condition with a clear rear window and no rips or tears and it is possibly the original top! The engine compartment has been gone through thoroughly and the top of the engine was rebuilt 800 miles ago. The engine runs flawlessly with no smoke what-so-ever and the engine compartment is mostly original with very light detailing done to it 3 years ago when the top of the engine was gone through. It has had one repaint of it's original Bridgehampton blue which was done approx. 15 years ago. It shows very nicely still as you can see in the pictures! The headlight and wiper doors work flawlessly along with the cold a/c and every other aspect of the car! The car needs nothing to bring to any NCRS survivor car events and drive anywhere you choose! I can only say one thing...FIND ANOTHER ONE LIKE IT! Send your best CORVETTE GURU TO INSPECT MY CAR AND ASSURE YOU THAT IT IS THE 'REAL' DEAL!
