This auction is for a 1974 Mercedes-Benz 450sl The condition of the car is very good for a 40 year old car. The interior is out of the car, I had the seats re-upholstered with the original style blue leather and the door panels have new blue vinyl. I have a complete new set of blue carpet and floor mats. The blue convertible top is in very good condition and does not need to be replaced at this time. The car comes with the euro bumpers and the original bumpers. There are a lot of brand new parts installed. Fuel pump & filter. Rear sway bar. Complete set of brakes front and rear. New master cylinder. New shocks front and rear. New control arm bushings and ball joints. New battery. New radiator. New fuel injectors. New plugs and wires. Converted to Pertronix electronic ignition with a flame thrower coil. New belts and hoses. I have a new hood emblem and new headlight bezels. The car does not run, I think it needs a new computer. The car will have to be towed. This is a good solid car that is a great project. I just don't have the time to complete and I have to relocate. It has to go so the reserve is very low.
