It is in the past owners name.My original listing was cancelled, because I didn't know it was an "R" title.engine does turn over. ( I put booster pack on it, and it rolled over fine) I don't know much about this vehicle. I bought it for the snow plow that was on it. I took the snow plow, plow frame, controls off this Jeep and put them on my 2000 Wrangler. We towed this Jeep home with a tow strap, and I never even did anything with else with it. There is a title that goes with it. The frame has rust and weak in a couple of spots, the body has rust, but it actually would make a project Wrangler. I have not tried to get it running. It has sat for over a year without even being touched. I drove past where it was, and ended up buying it.Any questions, I will try to get back to you as fast as possible.
