This car has always been garaged and has been babied all its life. Car is equipped with it's numbers matching original 351 Winsor 4bbl & Automatic Transmission. Has Power Disc Brakes & Power Steering. This is a no reserve auction and will sell, so don't let this rare piece of American History pass you by. Engine & Transmission: Original 51000 mile matching numbers 290HP 351 Winsor, and original transmission which was rebuilt 12000 miles ago. The motor has some bolt on performance mods, but has never been apart, has a new Aluminum Intake w/ new 4 bbl. Carburetor . Hooker Super Comp Headers flowing into a true dual exhaust. The engine runs strong and smooth and the transmission shifts smoothly. I feel it could be taken on a cross country trip w/ no issues.Interior: Black interior all stock w/ new carpet, seat covers & dash board , the interior is very nice and the console is perfect, everything on the dash works as it should.Body: Recent Black PPG Base/Clear, this black car is straight & the paint is flat and deep, the black paint on this car is gorgeous. The best thing is that this car is rust free, the floors, trunk, cowl, quarters, doors etc. are all clean. No rust. Glass is all clear. The power convertible top is approx. 2 years old and looks new. Functions flawlessly. Every piece of weatherstrip , including the convertible top pieces and rubber stops have all replaced with a complete made in USA SoftSeal kit. Car has the optional front and rear spoilers (rear spoiler is adjustable) & the ram air scoop. All new emblems. Suspension +: The car has a beautiful set of old school American Racing Torq Thrust D wheels . Dunlop Qualifier tires with 50% tread. Car has original power disc brakes with new rotors and pads that will stop on a dime. Original power steering functions well with no leaks. The suspension and steering have some new parts throughout and the car feels tight. All in all this is an awesome car you can get in and drive anywhere, the bugs have been worked out and shes ready to be enjoyed.
