CAN SOMEONE EMAIL ME AND EXPLAIN WHY PEOPLE WILL PAY $4600 FOR THE LEAST VALUABLE MODEL OF CB750 WITH EVERY VALUABLE PIECE OF CHROME MISSING, AND THE REAR FRAME HACKSAWED OFF? This picture was taken on the 1st overlook going up the parkway to the Cumberland Gap Bluff overlook. Then we went to Nashville, and then back to Michigan. This is a nice riding Cb750. I dropped the price $200 to pay for the seat. Or I buy a seat, get a 100 dollar paint job, and raise it $500. The Bike is inside and dry, and can stay there. Limited delivery area for mutually agreed on price. 17K original miles and is a 95% stock bike. Correct F air box. The electrical issue, {Start button} that grounded it yrs ago is fixed. 20years in a pole barn, now it runs and rides, Carbs are clean and stock and correct air box is installed. Has good looking tires ( New, but a few years old ). Very solid bazooka, but the dummies opened the end of it. I have the turn signals on it now. The very next thing we will do is paint it. This bike will part out for a ton of money. The wheels, and chrome are real nice. There will be some pitting, but they are so far beyond most, that its easy to ignore, but no not mint. Seat pan is solid, and the inner trunk is nice. Have the air box, keys match, tank is rust free inside. This could be your pride and joy, its a great start. I have plated and insured this bike and have driven it near 200 miles. Its smooth through the entire range, transmission and clutch are rock solid. It averaged 40 mpg, It charges perfect, starts instantly, one kick or electric. Just a fraction of a turn on the throttle and this bike is pulling away. While its not a screamer like 2013 models, this bike bows to nobody. The opened up exhaust produces the awesome wail always associated with the SOHC. I am sure the bike is operating at 100 percent of OEM power. Just replace the seat and repaint this bike and it will be correct. This seat is quite comfortable as is. Since this posting I drove this bike over 1500 on a weeklong vacation with no problems except the left side cover flew off, it was broken anyway. New replacements are cheap.
