Vehicle Detail

1933 50 Series (Model 57) Buick Sedan in un-restored original condition. We have the history and related documents on the car from new. It has been garaged since new and is absolutely rust-free. The engine starts instantly, and without hesitation. The car runs, drives and stops very well. So very quiet mechanically and such a sweet and smooth running straight 8 engine. Oil pressure is 40 psi at idle. The cylinder head has been rebuilt, as well as the carburetor, water-pump, and oil cooler. The lights work, as well as the gauges. The doors open and click shut with a finger tip touch! The interior has seen a few moths, but there is no evidence of mice . The floors and all wood are in exceptional condition. Has factory heater that works great, and a rare factory radio that is currently out of the car, but included. It even has the original jack and handle, tire iron and hand crank (just in case) under the seat in the tool tray, which is in perfect condition. Documented history, clear title, no rust... What more could you ask for? The glass is in amazing condition with only the front wind wings showing some little bubbles along the edge. The running board rubber matts need to be replaced. This is one of the most solid 1933 Buicks you will find anywhere. The Black and Royal Blue lacquer paint is original and looks nice, though as you can see from the pictures is checked on the hood and getting thin. For the fellows that was to document the paint code as original I have added a picture of the firewall tag. You will notice the paint code as # 317 which Black and Royal Blue! A very easy restoration or drive as it is. I would replace the tires. They look good but they have been on the old girl a long time. Here is a short video me driving the car as it stopped raining a bit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CYs39mgbyIc&feature=youtu.beOn Mar-02-14 at 08:01:01 PST, seller added the following information: Important Note: Today is Sunday, March 2 and I would like to sell the car today.
