Up for sale is a 1984 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible. This is 1 of approx. 250 built. These are NOT factory convertibles. GM authorized convertibles to be built by Auto Form in Elkhardt In. 2 seater roadster styling! I have seen these called "Batman" cars because of design. This is a real head turner! Good: New Transmission built by Certified Transmission (2800.00 have recipt) New rear main seal, New Top ($1800 have recipt), complete brake over haul, new tires and wheels - still have factory wheels with new tires also. There has been so much work done on the car I can not list it all. I do have the recipts of the work done on this car in the last three years. Just the basic repairs are over $2200. The hard items are done! This car is mechanically sound and runs strong. I do not imply any warranty. The Interior is 8 out of 10. No dash cracks. The only issue is some carpet fading. Bad: Needs carb adjusted (still runs great), needs paint. Slight oil leak (but it is a small block Chevy) and the common slight smoke on start-up. Needs some TLC. I bought this from the grandson of the original owner! He stated the car was original miles at 35235! Looking at the "Rust Free" body and very nice interior I can see not real wear, just age.
