VIN #1J4FN28S4TL257558 Factory right hand drive (RHD) 1996 Jeep Cherokee. This was my personal vehicle for use in delivering mail for the US Postal Service for the past two years. I just resigned last week. Has 213,700 rural delivery miles and is 4-wheel drive. I maintained this jeep well with regular oil and brake changes. It has a new muffler, fuel pump, harmonic balancer, air conditioner/fan motor. Almost new tires. Very cold air, which is a must in the south where I live! The radio works well. It has a wooden tray that was custom made, braced with metal and in my opinion is the perfect fit for mail trays 3-wide/2-high. There is room under the tray for supplies. The back (bench) seat is intact so you can carry passengers if needed. The rear hatch opens and closes easily. All the lights work. As you know, these jeeps are workhorses! There are some cosmetic scratches as you would expect from a working truck and the carpet isn't perfect but it's ready to deliver mail right away. I chose this jeep specifically because it holds so much more mail than the jeep wrangler. I live in Huntsville, Alabama.
