Vehicle Detail

Porsche 1969 911 E Coupe Matching numbers engine updated to "S" spec. Didn't get what you wanted from Santa? Well it's time to sell my Polo Red 1969 911E, it's a prime candidate to restore and take it to the next level or enjoy as the well loved head-turning daily driver that it is. It's been  owned by Porsche fanatics  it's entire life who have documented it's service since purchase.  1969 was the first year the "E" model was introduced, performance wise it sat between the lower horsepower "T" model and the higher performance "S" model, this particular "E" has had it's original engine's internals updated to "S" spec only 7,000mi ago so needless to say it runs and SOUNDS fantastic. >>> CLICK TO SEE MORE FULL RESOLUTION PHOTOS Included in the sale is:   - Porsche Certificate of Authenticity   - the original 911E manual   - the original service log   - a 911 technical manual   - a stack of service records and receipts dating back to at least 1971   - ownership history from new   - car cover   - tool kit   - set of 2 keys   - original decklid The previous owner performed all of the easily reversable cosmetic updates that you see in the photos. As mentioned he had an extensive engine rebuilt and updated about 7,000mis ago which upgraded all the internals of the stock "E" engine to "S" spec, all receipts are included and the MFI unit was sold during that time. At some point the transmission was replaced but it's the same year 901 dog-leg 5-speed unit, not sure if it was factory replaced or not due to the similarity. The only thing I've noticed mechanically is that the brakes will probably need bleeding due to  storage by the prior owner, however the great thing  is that this 911 is equipped with expensive aluminum "S" calipers. Older repaint in it's original Polo Red is still presentable as you can see from the photos but does show some  chips that have been touched up by the prior owner. I would enjoy this as-is and restore it down the line so you can  enjoy this beauty guilt-free before you turning it into a garage queen. As you probably already know, early 911 prices have been going north for quite some time so now's your time to jump in and be able to enjoy  AND drive your investment! This car is for sale locally so I reserve the right to sell it outside of  eBay, I will not disclose the reserve at this time but I'm open to all REASONABLE offers. I'm not looking for any trades.  This car is being sold as-is, where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. I will be providing a signed North Carolina title and a bill of sale to the winning bidder. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges,  the zipcode is 94131 if you want to price out transportation. Deposit of $500 to be paid within 24hrs of the auction ending with the remaining balance to be paid by bank wire within 3-days after the auction ends. PLEASE HAVE YOUR FINANCES READY & QUESTIONS ASKED BEFORE PLACING A BID! THANKS AND GOOD LUCK BIDDING! >>> CLICK TO SEE MORE FULL RESOLUTION PHOTOS <<< On Jan-05-14 at 10:29:22 PST, seller added the following information:     >>> Youtube video added! <<<
