Looking for a quick sale of my 1964 Triumph TR4 -Fresh inside the garage find- by this weekend. I think I'm being fair with the price here. I got this just a few months ago from a friend who got it from a guys garage where it was jacked up on blocks with the wheels off, top still on it, -hadn't run in over ten years. He got it running with a poor re-do of the carbs. I found it'll start and keep running if I keep some choke on it. Motor runs great now [with some choke on it] with real nice oil presure, but needs carbs done better. Rust at fender seems. passenger window broken [missing]. -dent in passenger door. No brakes or clutch working -needs new master cylinders or re-built. Floor is good. seats ok. top is good could use the windows replaced or compounded. Also Rockers have the worst rust but previous owner bought new rockers for it and they go with it. Radiator has a big "gouge" at the bottom, but have been fixed years ago as it holds coolant just fine, -no leaks. Kinda basicly needs total restoration, or at least the rockers put on it, some body work and a quick paint, and the brake and clutch systems gone over/re-done. Again the motor runs strong with real nice oil pressure. Also seems to have all it's parts. Some of the interior stuff [that fits under the dash is in the trunk. Has all four hubcaps. I got it out and took some pictures. Check pictures and e-mail with any questions. Looking for a sale by Sunday. I think a PayPal dep of at least $500 [if not the whole thing] will be required. e-mail if any probelms there. I have this local listed on Craigs list [for alot more] so if it sells there I may end the auction early. That's about it. Have clear title in my name. No shipping on this. Pick up here.
