2001 Dodge Ram 2500 SLT Laramie 4x4 - 5.9L Cummins Diesel 24 Valve - Quad Cab - Long Bed – 6 Speed Manual. It has 75,764 miles. It is in excellent condition with very minimal wear and tear. It is silver with gray cloth interior. It was owned by a retiree who traveled between Idaho and Arizona. It has never been further east than the Rockies. The autocheck report is perfect. The truck has never been in an accident. Per the previous owner the only paint repair was on the driver’s side bed (due to a tire blowing out). It is a non-smoker’s truck. It has the famous 5.9L Cummins 24 Valve motor with an automatic transmission. It has all the standard SLT Laramie features and some factory upgrades. Here are a few of the notable features: 6 Speed manual transmission, 4.10 axle with anti-spin differential, shift on the floor 4x4, spray-in liner, trailer tow package, sliding rear window, power driver’s seat, E-Brake Exhaust brake, and much more. The truck has an upgraded Industrial Injection Fuel Pump. The truck comes with 2 keys, 2 key fobs, and owner’s manual. On the exterior, the truck is in exceptional condition. There are 100+ pictures to accurately disclose the condition of the truck. The paint is very glossy and does not have any signs of fading. There are no dents, scrapes, or other notable damage. Other than a few small rock chips and maybe 2-3 very small door dings, this truck is remarkably straight. The inside of the bed is in great condition. At one time there was a fifth wheel hitch in the truck (there are eyelet holes in the bed). The interior is likewise in excellent condition. All the power windows, door locks, etc work great. A/C and heater work great. The cloth interior, carpet, and headliner are in excellent condition with no staining or abnormal wear. The instrument panel is in pristine condition. There are three hairline type cracks in the dash and a very small hairline crack above glove box. (these cracks are common in Dodges during this time period). Mechanically, the engine runs very strong. The 6 speed manual transmission shifts perfectly. The suspension and steering are solid. The Michelin 265/75/16 tires have good tread remaining and they are E-Rated. The truck fires right up in the morning. The condition of this truck is truly unbelievable for a 2001 with 75k miles. It has the appearance of a several 4-5 year old truck. This is quite possibly one of the cleanest 2001 6 speed 4x4 Cummins on the market.
