My partner and I ran into this car a few years ago socked away in a warehouse full of goodies. It was most definitely not available. We really liked its custom touches and it had a whole "Mad Max" theme going really strong. I was surprised to see it for sale on the local want ads 3 years later. I made the calls, I made the arrangements, and hauled it home. Now after 6 months of doing absolutely nothing to get it going it's got to go. I bought it from a young man who let me know how important it was to his family. He shared pictures from the 70s of his dad and their friends looking all groovy and loving this car. Unfortunately the radiator, distributor, and drive shaft were removed. Also the title was lost. I can generate a title, just as I have many times before. I am hoping this lands in the hands of an able car guy/girl who can handle these details. I was told it was running shortly before my purchase and I have no reason to doubt that. It's a 360 4spd which is very unusual in a Javelin. I hope the pictures talk to you and we welcome your questions. We can and will push this on to a truck and get it headed your way. Just let us know what you would like. On Nov-21-13 at 21:02:20 PST, seller added the following information: Update: I had the javelin inspected by local law enforcement. The vehicle is out of DMV records. I have a signed and authorized vin verification form & now can proceed with the title process. Both the dash plate & door tag are intact. I also removed a valve cover and underneath it is remarkably clean with little to no carbon deposits or gunky oil build up. It will run. Harris 510-860-9652
