We bought this car in 2008 as a CPO from Rusnak BMW. We have put fewer than 10K miles per year, only 75,700 miles. The car has never been in an accident (see carfax). Maintained at Pacific BMW. We have the records (see pix). We have all keys - 2 master keys and the valet key. We have title in hand, clean title. Carfax says 3 owners, but its actually only 2 -- we did an inter-family name transfer in 2011. The leather interior is spotless and has been extremely well maintained. The Chestnut color is very rare, and combined with the Arctic Metallic exterior makes a very unique color combo -- no one will ever mistake this car for another in a parking lot. No boring black on black with this car. If you like to stand out from the crowd, this is the car to do it in. The exterior is clean, but has suffered some road rash - some scrapes at the corners (see pics), tiny rock chips and what looks to be a screw head indent on rear bumper. You have to look close to see any of these flaws. From a few feet a way the car looks 100% perfect. All electrical and car functions work perfect except that the adaptive headlights no longer swivel with the steering wheel. The HID headlights themselves work fine. AC blows cold, the car has comfort access system allowing the key to stay in your pocket, lock/unlock doors by touching the handle and features auto folding mirrors We have very carefully maintained this car for more than 5 years. It has been a daily driver for us, and we are extremely particular about keeping it clean and the leather seats well cared for. Every other month we have cleaned and treated the leather to keep it feeling brand new. There are no signs of age, cracks, loose stitching -- for a 7+ year old car the interior is just spotless. You will be hard pressed to find as nice and clean a car, with such low mileage and impeccable records and credentials as this car. It has ALWAYS been garaged here at home, and also in a parking garage at my office. No one will believe you paid so little to buy a car this great -- so please bid away. There is NO RESERVE on this car, so whoever at least meets the starting price will be walking away with a major bargain -- don't let that happen! Be happy with a minor bargain and bid away!
