1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Black on gray cloth. 155,033 miles. Two owners. This was a lease return that I purchased in 2000. Has always been in covered carport or garage. Upholstery in good condition. Regular maintenance always completed in a timely manner. Has always been regularly waxed, though it is time to do so again. New battery. Dual power seats, power windows, power locks, single CD/tape/stereo, tilt wheel, cruise control, roof rack, cold AC, power sunroof. Has never failed vehicle emissions test. Sold as is with no warranty. Sale is final. Shipping/transport charges/fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. $150 non-refundable deposit required within 24 hours of auction close. Vehicle must be picked up and balance paid no later than 7 days from close of auction unless special arrangements are made. Balance of sale price due in cash only, at time of pickup. Things that need addressed: Power sunroof needs adjusted so it does not leak; Needs dimmer switch for lighting after dark - this does not affect the headlights/taillights, just the inside instrument panel lighting; Electrical short in radio - not sure if it is a loose wire or a receiver issue - AM works, FM does not; Will need right rear tire very soon; Right rear passenger power lock needs replaced but can still be used manually; Headliner needs replaced though totally workable at present - some leakage apparent at sunroof
