You are looking at a rare 1965 Chevrolet Impala wagon. This is a Los Angeles built 6 passenger wagon with its factory 396, automatic transmission, tilt wheel, air conditioning, power steering, power brakes and was originally finished in the very rare and desireable Evening Orchid. I bought this car in San Francisco about a year ago because I have a 1965 Chevelle Super Sport convertible that is also Evening Orchid. Unfortunately, years ago someone painted the car red, but all of the door jambs, etc. are still Evening Orchid. I have too many projects and too many other wagons to ever get started on it so here it is for sale. What you see is pretty much what you get. It is a nice original California big block wagon. It is very solid and has only been out of California about a year. It does have some rust on the passenger side floor board where the heater core has leaked at one time. I have not tried to start it or drive it but the 396 is free. All of the drivetrain is intact including the air conditioning compressor. It still has its original 12 bolt rear end also.
