Up for auction is a 1996 ford F250 extended cab XLT with a 8' fisher minute mount plow. This truck runs and drive good for its age and is powered by a 7.5 (460) v8 engine and a automatic tranny. The truck has alluminum rims, the tires are getting worn with about 30% rermaining tread, There is 2 extra decent tires in the back which are included. The body is in go shape for a plow truck of this age and still looks decent. There is some rust on the rear bed, mainly over the wheels where these trucks always rust first but there is 1 replacement body panel for the side that is rust the worse included with the truck (not installed) The truck comes with a nice fiberglass cap as seen in the photos. This truck was a trade in and I don't know a lot about it but the guy who traded it in, drove it about 100 miles to my place the day he traded it and I have driven it around myself and it seems to be a decent truck, It does have an ABS light on as well as the battery light but it is charging fine (it has a gage) the plow works good as well. To sum it all up, for a small investment, you will have good running old work horse which is equiped with a 8' fisher minute mount plow to plow your own yard or make some money plowing other people's yards ! I am a Vermont licensed used car dealer and I can provide an intransit plate if you are from out side of vt and wish to drive it home. I am about 50 miles from The Burlington airport and I have a guy that will meet you there and bring you to my place for $100 cash, I am 15 miles from the Amtrak station in Randolph and I can meet you there with the truck if you want to come in on the train.
