BUYER'S AGREEMENT :
When buyer placing a bid or offer on the A Impuls Auto Inc auction site, you agree to be bound by all of the sales terms including, but not limited to “Doc. Fees” or other miscellaneous charges noted on the auction site. Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place only in the State of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia County. Placement of a bid and/or offer on this auction indicates that the bidder has read and understands all of the terms of this auction and constitutes voluntary acceptance of all terms and policies stated above and within this contract agreement. We do not accept any trade-ins. We reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
BUYER'S INSPECTION:
Sometimes, a mistake can be made in the description of the vehicle and/or its options. This is why Pre-sale inspections are not only welcome, but recommended, and available at any time. If you cannot do the inspection yourself, there are many inspection companies that you can easily find on the web and as well as within eBay. We reserve the right for non-significant mistakes in our description. If a mistake happens, it should not affect the price of the vehicle. Please note, that all of our vehicles are available for continuous demonstration and testing, so mileage may vary slightly from the time the actual pictures were taken. All third party inspections have to be done before the auction is over. The buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees as we do not guarantee inspection on any vehicle for any state.
SUMMARY OF OUR SELLING POLICIES :
1) Placement of a bid and/or offer on this auction indicates that the bidder has read and understands all of the terms of this auction, and constitutes voluntary acceptance of all terms and policies stated above and within this contract agreement.
2) We reserve the right to cancel any offer(s) and to end the auction early if the vehicle cannot be accessible any more for sale.
3) We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders.If you have "zero" feedback please contact us by phone or your bid will be canceled before the auction ends.
4) If the PAYMENT for the purchase is due via Bank Wire Transfer, ( $40.00 fee applies to Bank wire transfers), US certified check or Cash (IN PERSON) within 7 calendar days of auction ending or upon pick-up of the vehicle, whichever comes first. If the transaction is not completed within the limits of this time, the buyer will lose their deposit.
5) All our vehicles which we sell on eBay will be stored inside of our warehouse facility. Because we have limited storage space, we require that all vehicles be picked up within fifteen days of an auction completion. Please ask for allowance of additional days for loading during the auction! Otherwise, storage charges after fifteen days will be charged at $15/day. The title and car will be released only after all Banks checks, loan checks, credit unions checks and certified checks are cleared and fees have been paid.

7) Sale is made in Pennsylvania and all Pennsylvania laws apply. Vehicle as-is and the buyer is responsible for transportation and all taxes and fees associated with registration and purchase.
8) Vehicle Title policy - In the State of Pennsylvania, title to the vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In some cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles and all sales are through a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Pennsylvania. Titles will be sent via Fed-Ex for proper tracking.
9) Registration, title and fees :
All taxes and tag fees payable by the buyer.

Final price does not include sales tax, tag fees, or our dealer doc/preparation fee of $ 280.00 which is due on all sales.This fee is applied to our existing and future expenses which are needed for the winner of the vehicle - for registration of all federal and state documents for the car, all local authority document, transfer of all documents for this vehicle from our company to the buyer, executing vehicle title transfers, messenger's fees, notary fee's, handling all documents for this vehicle and any additional services which are needed for the winner of the vehicle, for the renaming and shipment of your title from Harrisburg with DHL / FEDEX, etc.

Pennsylvania residents must additionally pay all taxes, registration, tag and title fees. Out of state residents do not pay any taxes with us, but are subject to registration fees and/or taxes in their state.

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time.The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 48 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`. PAYMENT TERMS : $500 non-refundable deposit due within 1 business days of auction's close. Remaining balance to be paid in full no later than 4 day after auction's close.
PAYMENT METHODS : We accept Cash in person, certified check, wire transfer. We do not accept credit cards, and no PayPal. A $230.00 processing fee plus $ 35.00 title fee plus $15.00 PayPal fee ( 3% from each PayPal transaction for deposit of $ 500.00), will be added to the final value of the auction. This includes a 30 day Pennsylvania In-Transit Tag, notary, messenger and title transfer. This fee is not negotiable, and dealers are included. Pennsylvania residents will also be subjected to state sales tax.
PICK UP : Buyer to take delivery of vehicle no later than 15 days after auction's close, we will store the vehicle at no charge during this period. We will aid you in any respect possible. If you are traveling here via Public Transportation, we will coordinate pickup from Philadelphia International Airport, The Trenton Train Station, 30th Street Amtrak Train Station or the Philadelphia Greyhound Bus Station.
