Vehicle Detail
1971 Honda CB750 K1. No known issues. Tires, Brake Lining, Sprockets and Chain appear good. Engine starts and runs well. Battery one year old and kept trickle charged over winter. Electrical and lights all work. It had the "crash" bar on it when I got it. I put some glow lights on the bar that are turned on or off from under the seat. These are only tie wrapped and easily removed if you don't like them. I am about the 3rd owner and this bike has been garage kept its entire life. Mufflers are not original. Most everything else that I know of is. Just ask if you have any questions. There is a "low" reserve because I do not want to give this bike away. The winner will be required to pick the bike up here in WV. I rode it some last year but hardly any this year so time to let somebody else enjoy this machine. They are getting very hard to find that has not been "chopped" or "modded" extensively. Oh, and yes the mileage on this bike is correct as I know the previous owners. Serial numbers match on the Frame and the Engine. Check the pictures carefully. This is the bike you are bidding on. It is being sold "as is" "where is". Winner to send payment within 48 hours of auction end. Feel free to contact me if you would like to schedule an appointment to come look at the bike. This will make someone a nice machine to take to bike/car shows or bike nights or would be nice just as a display piece. Thanks and happy bidding. On Oct-03-13 at 16:14:01 PDT, seller added the following information: NOTE: I WAS WRONG ABOUT THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE ENGINE. IT *DOES NOT* MATCH THE ONE ON THE TITLE AND FRAME. I HAVE ADDED 3 MORE PICTURES SHOWING THE TITLE, FRAME, AND ENGINE NUMBERS. I AM TERRIBLY SORRY ABOUT THIS MISTAKE ON MY PART. I JUST KNEW THAT THIS WAS NOT A "PARTS" BIKE AND ASSUMED THAT THE ENGINE WOULD HAVE THE SAME VIN. I NOW KNOW THAT IT DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY ON THE EARLY HONDAS. ANY OTHER QUESTIONS, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK.
