Time to go, a great restoration project. I bought this car in Odessa Tx. 7 yrs. ago with the intention of doing a complete restoration, but concluded I don’t have the time. The car is complete and original with matching numbers based on the British Motor Heritage Certificate from the build manifest. I have restored a TR6 and a MGB and found and bought this one a based on its condition and being relatively complete. The body is in good condition with minor surface rust and a couple of small dents (see pics). He car was poorly repainted (very thick, see cracked paint pic). Some body decals are missing or peeling. The interior carpet and panels were replaced with non original equipment as seen in the pics. The car was never started as I intended on tearing the drive train down during restoration, but the engine does turn over by hand.
