Very good condition, pretty rare, one owner BMW Xit (all wheel drive) stick wagon...it has the sweet 2.5 liter inline six motor that has been well maintained by its mature previous owner...transmission and clutch are tight and work perfectly, very smooth, no issues (the entire car is tight and rock solid). The body is in much better than average condition for a car its age and so is the interior (except for a crease in the driver seat side bolster...see pictures). Almost new Michelin all seasons on well kept 16" factory alloys. Suspension is tight like it should be. The front pads and rotors are brand new and the rears are a year old, but! the rear rotors are pretty warped and will likely have to be replaced. Other than that, after cruising it around the lake on a beautiful, sunny Fall afternoon, I could not find one fault with the car. What a fun car to drive...10 years and 120,000 miles and still superb handling, acceleration, well balanced in and out of hard corners...the 3-series is a terrific car (is the fourth generation E46 the best of the 3's?) and the extra cargo capacity and roof rails on the sport wagon I think make it even more desirable than the sedan...just toss a Thule rack and box on top to make it the perfect car for a winter ski/snowboard trip in the mountains.
