This auction is for my 1960 Chevy Parkwood wagon. I bought it with plans for it to become a fun driver but unfortunately my plans had to change. As the saying goes- my loss is your gain!The car is a project car in need of restoration. This car looks 100% original to me, but I make no guarantees.NOTE: THE WAGON DOES NOT HAVE BRAKES- NO BRAKE PRESSURE.The wagon has an inline 6 cylinder engine and 2 speed powerglide transmission. I was told the engine runs by the previous owner as of a couple years ago- he was able to "yard drive" it. I make no such claims- the car DOES NOT run and drive.The body on this wagon is in nice condition, other than the rust hole on the passenger side rocker panel, and the rear lower valence panel as shown in the pictures. The rear tailgate does have small holes as well.The rest of the body looks GREAT!!! The lower rear quarters, fenders and the rest of the body are solid.Floors need replacement and have holes.The passenger side rear door does not have glass. A replacement windshield comes with the car.The rest of the glass is in tact and on the car (they are rolled down in the pictures).Paint might be original and has some sa-weet patina, including homemade ghost flame on the hood from a previous owner.The interior needs total restoration.The VIN tag and cowl tag are in tact and both on the car.Both front and back black California plates are on the car.The car deserves a restoration and it’s absolutely worth the effort. Or just do a mechanical resto- drop an engine and tranny combo of your choice, get some big discs up front, airbag suspension, and cruise it as it looks!!!! It would look killer!!!!I have MANY more pictures for anyone interested.
