Up for auction is a awesome 1978 Ford E150 Custom Van with the original 351W, and 4 speed trans. This is a great running van that is loaded with options. It's a time capsule of the 70's with Shag carpet, and wood paneling. The van starts right up and runs awesome. The original motor has been rebuilt and has about 15K miles on the motor. The van is RUST FREE and everything works!! The AC blows cold, PS, Power Disc Brakes, Cruise Control, Dual Tanks, and a Tow Package. You could drive this home and make it s a daily driver, or a cool shop van, or tow your classic with it. The paint is the original paint, all the glass is good, windows roll up and down, and it's all complete! The van is ready to go, and will be sold to the highest bidder, NO RESEVE!!! Engine/ trans: The engine is the original 351W, with a 2V carb. She runs great with no visible leaks. The Power Steering works fine, Power Disc Brakes work great, and she starts right up and idles smooth with no knocking, or smoking out of the engine. She runs nice and cool also. The trans is a smooth shifting 4 speed, that is sealed up nice. You can down shift with no issues, and the clutch has very little use. Motor runs great, and is ready to be used evry day. The rear end is a 9" with 3:50 gears. Interior/ Exterior: The interior has shag carpet, and the seats need to reupholstered. The front has Captains chairs, and a rear bench. The gauges all work perfect, horn works, radio works, AC blows cold. There is cruise control installed also. The glass is good all the way around the van, and the wipers work also. The lights all work, and the blinkers work fine also. The exterior has the original paint, and all the original trim. The Van is VERY straight with NO RUST!! You would be hard pressed to even find a dent on this van!! Doord all work great and close perfect. The tires are old and cracked. The exterior lights all work great. There is a tow hitch and 4 pin hook up on the van. The van is a nice driver type! The winning bidder is required to pay a $500 non refundable deposit due within 24 hours of winning the car! The van is being sold " As Is" due to it's age. The deposit must be paid through Paypal. The remaining balance is due within 3 days of the auction closing, and the final payment may be made with a Cashiers check, wire transfer or cash in person.
