This 911 has 136,216 miles on the odometer. Runs great. Needs TLC. On Sep-08-13 at 17:01:42 PDT, seller added the following information: Up for bid is my fathers 1995 993/911 that he has had since 2002 when it had only 55000 miles he has been driving up until last month due to declining health, he's 83 years old. Its never been raced or abused, this was his baby. I know he has been taking the car to the same mechanic that hes been going to for last 30 years, this is his 3rd 911. Its in OK condition as it has some cosmetic flaws but its straight and no rust. All of the body panels line up nicely. I know he's bumped it here and there in parking lots and such but its never been wrecked. It runs really well but does burn a little oil, It will make a little smoke when starting up but nothing at all when warmed up and runs strong through the rev-range. I need to look at the receipts, which are somewhere at my parents house, and check to see what has been done but I do recall that the compressor was just changed in an effort to get the AC up and running but that hasn't been resolved yet.. there's a leak some where. The Big engine cooling fan was replaced due to noisy bearings.Pretty sure the alternator was replaced too. The Oil was regularly changed, always with synthetic..Valve cover gaskets were changed.. I'll update more once I find all the receipts.. I do remember that every time that car came back from the shop the bills were always high, some in the $1000's.. I'm sure the mechanic was robbing him, but that's another story.. How does an oil change cost $600??? Its pretty much and original example of a 1995 993 that definitely needs some love.. If I didn't already have a couple cars already I'd keep it for myself... My reserve is competitive based on what other lower mileage and better condition examples are going for.
