This is our family classic that spent its whole life is Southern Ga. It is an unrusted bug. I just drove it to Southern Fl. with no problems. I spent a good week getting it ready for sale. The paint is older but all there looks good from 30 feet. It is not rusted on the body. Here is a list of things I have done last week. Rear window seal,door seals,running boards,front and rear fender rubber mouldings,Changed and ck'd all fluids.Fixed a dozen mechanical and electrical issues,Ect Ect. It still needs windshield , side window rubber,outer window scrapers. I have all these pieces which is included in the sale. You can still spend a couple of nights piddling and say you restered her. The paint is ok the interior is ok . Its all there and mostly German VW parts. It was restored in the late 80s. It has been in a garage and barely driven for 10 years. It needs a tune up but runs good as it sits . The carpet is all there but is older. Seats are all there but older and could use recovering. In GA cars older than 74 come with bill of sale a registration as does this one. This is a very solid unrusted VW . If you want to restore it or drive it as is this is the VW for you. It is possible and I say possible to deliver right off Interstate 75 from gulfcoast of Fl to Dayton Ohio this Tue or Wed.
