DAVE RAMSY says it is time for me to sell!! This GT convertible is VERY RARE and in VERY GOOD condition! It is definitely a driver and not a "trailer queen"! It has a pushbutton AM radio, AM/FM stereo with CD/AUX audio under seat, POWER TOP, heater, defroster and A-904 (pushbutton) TORQUEFLITE transmission. Best of all it is one of only 2,130 convertibles equipped with the 273 V8 engine!! The car was restored about 15 years ago and it was given a CA vin tag (CA96980). The previous owner believed the tag was lost during restoration. It starts every time, runs GREAT and although it is no Barrett Jackson Concours car, it is in very good to EXCELLENT condition. There is no sign of accident damage. The white and red color combo is indicated on the data tag and looks period correct. The engine bay was painted and shows very well. The bumpers were replated at that time and the stainless trim polished. The interior has minimal wear. The top was completely restored, including refinishing the top frame and installing a new top with correct black liner. The power top works like new. The boot is red to match interior. The odometer shows just over 81,000 miles and could very well be accurate, although we cannot guarantee due to age. The TorqueFlite auomatic transmission shifts well. Speedometer and odometer are working, lights and accessories including heater, defroster, and blower fan work properly. The fuel gauge is the only thing that does not read past 1/2 tank when full and the washer fluid is not connected. The AM radio has fallen asleep and every now and again will wake up and work. It has dual exhaust and the tires have full tread. The radiator was re-cored about 6 years ago. This is a very straight, head turning, honest old car. It was restored to drive and enjoy!
