Super clean Jetta TDI, I purchased this car for driving to and from work (50 miles each direction). This a dealer serviced car used for highway driving only. Mechanically the car is in excellent condition. I had the timing belt changed at 100,000 miles, and just to be proactive while it was in the shop, a new water pump was installed. A couple of months ago (220,000 miles), I had another belt installed, new water pump, new radiator (they noticed some corrosion around the fins), and complete top end upgrade (head and cams). Close to $4000 in work just completed! I average 47-49 miles per gallon and have exceeded 50 when I drive more sensibly. Mechanically this car needs nothing. The paint on the car is in good condition with minor dings: a few small rock chips on the front end that have been touched up, there is some oxidation/paint fade on the roof and hood that can be buffed out if someone has a buffer (I have always struggled with Black holding a perfect shine and hey it is over 11 years old!) but it has been washed and waxed regularly, the right rear tail light is cracked (see pictures) and I don’t know how this happened. I came out from the store one day and found it like this. The cloth interior again like new, the only wear inside is the center armrest does not latch properly and the driver side floor mat has a hole in from my big feet and the clutch pedal. The only other interior flaw is the window tint. The rear tint is loose at the top corners and the drivers side window has some wrinkles. The car drives great and the only problem I notice is the suspension squeaks (I have looked for grease points but cannot find any, but I think that is an option that can be added). The AC blows extremely cold! It comes with 1 remotes and 1 valet key. Tires are Michelin Primacy and are around 75% or 40-50k miles left in them. The wheels are in great shape and are the factory cast aluminum with wheel locks. I think I have covered all of the good stuff along with the flaws with this excellent diesel.
